We have been operating in the Equipment Finance business providing Operating Lease financial products to the B2B marketplace for more than 7 years, and have built a strong platform of systems, support staff and client networks.
With the backing of a very prominent Australian Investment Bank, we have recently entered an exciting national growth phase. As a result, we are now seeking a top sales performer to join our Sydney business development team, based in the Sydney CBD.
The Position
• Acquisition and management of dealer/vendor accounts
• Selling of predominately Operating Lease financial products
• Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director
• CBD office location
• Excellent training and support

If you are a proven sales performer in the equipment leasing industry, and are passionate with ambition to be the top sales performer in your industry, then we are keen to meet with you. Previous experience with Operating Lease finance will be highly regarded.

SALARY
$50K plus super
Job Duties • Responsible for the collection of all documentation required for the Settlement of Equipment
Leasing transactions. • Liaise with Vendors, Clients and Brokers (via phone, fax and email) to obtain all necessary documents. • Prepare Settlement Checklist and ensure all documentation complies with the
underwriters requirements. • To consistently meet KPIs set for the various stages of the lease settlement process. • Perform various administration tasks as directed.
Essential Skills / Experience • Minimum 5 years working in a similar position in Leasing and/or financial services industry • Persistent and professional to ensure prompt collection of documents, without frustrating the transaction. • Advanced computer skills • Excellent organisational and administrative skills • A proven ability of liaising on a business to business level • An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Exceptional verbal and written communication • Attention to detail • Excellent command of the English language
Desirable Experience/Skills • University qualified - Finance/business degree
