The Promoter of this program is LeaseChoice Pty Ltd (herein LeaseChoice). |
| 2. |
The program commences November 1st, 2007 and closes on December 31st, 2007. |
| 3. |
Entry is open to all business applicants who apply for finance through LeaseChoice. |
| 4. |
The reward is a gift voucher to the value of $200 to be used in Myer stores. |
| 5. |
| To be eligible for the reward the applicant needs to satisfy the following conditions: |
| (i) |
The applicant successfully meets the Approve ‘n’ Go credit criteria as advised by LeaseChoice |
| (ii) |
Rates to be used are based on the LeaseChoice Purple Rates dated November 2007 |
| (iii) |
The application is successfully settled with all conditions satisfied by no later than December 31st 2007. |
| (iv) |
The applicant is not introduced to LeaseChoice by a third party and no other party is eligible for a reward or commission on the particular transaction. |

| 6. |
The reward will be dispatched to the applicant within one week of the transaction settling. |
| 7. |
The reward cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. The winner must not sell or exchange prizes for profit and doing so is a breach of terms. |
| 8. |
There can only be one reward per transaction. The applicant will need to nominate one person who will be entitled to the reward within their business. LeaseChoice will not enter into any discussions regarding who the nominated person should be. |
| 9. |
LeaseChoice is not liable for lost, late or misdirected rewards. |
| 10. |
The applicant releases LeaseChoice from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses) cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the applicant as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the applicant , or any injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to or in any way connected with the LeaseChoice or the reward. |
